Carlow celebrates the Pan Celtic Festival 2017 during the week of April 18th to 22nd. It is a week of celtic traditions, entertainment and fun.
‘Pan Celtic is a celebration of the cultural links between Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Brittany, Cornwall and the Isle of Man.’
The festival welcomes musicians and choirs, singers and dancers from the participating Celtic nations who will come together to share their language and culture at this great family-friendly event.
The festival is a great way to experience Carlow town if you are a new or returning visitor.
